Coordination begins 12 weeks before your wedding with a kickoff meeting, either in person or over Zoom. We'll review your plans and signed vendor contracts to understand what's been arranged and what needs to happen next.
Eight hours of on-site coordination with the full Simply Yours team, overseeing the ceremony and reception, coordinating vendors, and keeping the day's events on schedule.
Up to one hour of ceremony rehearsal coordination, along with oversight of the ceremony, transitions, and important wedding-day moments.
A detailed wedding-day timeline built from your plans and shared with your vendors. Our team confirms vendor arrangements by phone and email two weeks before the wedding and serves as the main point of contact for your vendors and venue on the day.
A final venue walkthrough within two weeks of your wedding to review the event layout, logistics, ceremony and reception flow.
Setup of your supplied escort cards, guest book, and favors. Includes unlimited email and text support beginning at the 12-week mark.

Most weddings fit comfortably within our included eight hours of on-site coordination. If your timeline calls for additional coverage, extra hours are available. We'll discuss your needs and confirm any additional investment beforehand.
We'll set up your provided escort cards, guest book, and favors as part of the wedding-day preparations. Full decor design, floral installations, and rental setup are separate services unless included in your agreement.
