We’re seeking a personable, organized, and hands-on Coordinator to orchestrate unforgettable weddings and special events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves creating joyful experiences, and enjoys managing event logistics with precision. As part of our team, you’ll start as an Assistant Coordinator for the first month, receiving paid on-site training. After this training period, you’ll transition to a full Coordinator role. By your second or third month, you’ll be equipped to train new Assistant Coordinators, earning a bonus during their training period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • During Training (First Month – Assistant Coordinator):
    • Assist with on-site timeline management during ceremony and reception, ensuring vendors and event activities adhere to the Coordinator’s schedule, and addressing minor logistics issues
    • Help manage guest lists and seating arrangements during the final meeting, updating as needed on event day
    • Provide on-site event support during ceremony and reception, overseeing vendor setup, managing guest check-ins, and ensuring smooth execution, deferring major decisions to Coordinator
    • Attend mandatory biweekly meetings (in-person) to review business updates, event plans, and processes
  • As Coordinator (Post-Training):
    • Meet with couples a couple months before the wedding to plan and confirm day-of expectations
    • Create detailed timelines for ceremonies, receptions, rehearsals, and vendor logistics
    • Conduct venue walkthroughs to finalize details with clients
    • Conduct final walkthroughs of ceremony and reception venues to address any overlooked details with clients
    • Manage the rehearsal ceremony
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff on event day
    • Maintain a warm, professional demeanor with clients, guests, and vendors throughout the event
    • Train new Assistant Coordinators (by second or third month, with bonus compensation)

Marketing Associate

We’re seeking a flexible, creative, and proactive Marketing Associate to help support and grow our brand presence across digital and print platforms. This role includes managing social media (Instagram & Facebook), creating marketing materials, assisting with branding projects, and capturing content at weekend events. This is a hybrid position with work taking place in-office, at events, and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture photo and video content at events (mostly weekends) for use across social media, website, and print materials
  • Plan, create, and schedule consistent content across Instagram and Facebook
  • Organize and upload marketing assets to our file management system (One Drive or equivalent)
  • Use Microsoft Excel to track and organize content and asset libraries
  • Develop brand-aligned templates for static posts, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Help refine and maintain visual consistency across all marketing collateral
  • Support the redesign and polish of our internal inventory catalog into a client-facing, on-brand professional document
  • Manage ongoing marketing projects independently, with team support for gathering assets

Skills & Qualifications:

Event Designer

Simply Yours is looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Wedding Designer to join our team. The role involves crafting stunning event designs, collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life, and overseeing seamless setup and teardown logistics to ensure unforgettable weddings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create 2D/3D designs and mood boards for events, meeting with clients to discuss colors, table setups, and arrangements
  • Develop setup/teardown timelines and pull-sheets for Inventory Crew, ensuring all rentals, fabrics, and hardware are accounted for
  • Build a design-specific event binder including setup timeline, setup roles for crew members, floorplans, pull-sheets, 2D/3D designs, table numbers, guest lists, location of design elements, mood board, and other design-related work
  • Collaborate with Inventory Manager and Coordinator throughout the designing process
  • Oversee setup with Setup Crew, ensuring design alignment, and manage teardown with Tear Down Crew, verifying all pull-sheet items are packed properly
  • Serve as a point of contact for design-related questions on event day, maintaining a professional demeanor during setup and teardown
  • Provide post-event feedback to improve design processes and client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client communication, including sending emails and making follow-up calls.
  • Follow the automations set up in Honey Book to assist clients in the onboarding process.
  • Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring clients are getting called and emailed based on their status in the automation.
  • Manage billing and process payments to external vendors and service providers as directed by the owner.
  • Maintain office organization by tidying up workspaces, filing paperwork, and managing desk setups.

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our inventory system, tracking and managing rental items to ensure we can meet the needs of every event. From linens to décor, you’ll work with our Inventory manager to help monitor what’s going out, what’s coming back, and what’s available—making sure we’re never caught short. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, count, and store new inventory as it arrives, labeling boxes and organizing the warehouse
  • Follow pull sheets to gather and load items into trailer, ensuring everything is accounted for
  • Load and unload trailers with care, verifying that items are undamaged when loading
  • Inspect returned inventory for damage and ensure it’s properly checked back into the system
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized, efficient warehouse space
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and update our system with accurate records
  • Track inventory movement (e.g., if 10 white linens go out on Tuesday from a total of 200, and 190 are needed for another event, flag potential shortages)

Set-Up/Tear-Down Crew Member

This hands-on role involves setting up event rentals and décor elements according to pre-planned 2D or 3D design layouts. Crew members will be responsible for assembling tablescapes, hanging fabric on backdrops, placing specialty rentals, and ensuring every setup matches the Simply Yours standard of excellence. This is an on-site position that takes place at event venues, primarily on weekends, and often includes early mornings or late evenings depending on event timing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, transport, and unload décor and rental items to and from event venues
  • Set up tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, and other design elements per event layouts and mockups
  • Install backdrops, hang drapery/fabric, and assist with lighting or floral structures as needed
  • Follow printed design instructions and on-site guidance from the Event Designer or Lead Planner
  • Tear down and carefully repack rentals and décor, ensuring proper storage and organization
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while working in fast-paced environments

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Weekend availability required (Thursday–Sunday depending on event schedules)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • A keen eye for detail and willingness to learn aesthetic and symmetrical setups
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow visual plans or verbal direction
  • Experience with event setups, décor, or manual labor preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
