Planning begins at contract signing and includes four meetings throughout your engagement, either in person or over Zoom. Unlimited email and text support keeps our team available for questions as your wedding approaches.
We coordinate with your existing booked vendors, confirm important details, and help manage communication so everyone is working toward the same plan.
A design consultation to explore your wedding aesthetic, including mood boards, color palettes, and Pinterest inspiration. We'll also offer etiquette advice and guidance as you navigate wedding decisions.
Support with invitation timing, RSVP organization, and seating chart planning to help you stay ahead of important guest-related details.
A master wedding timeline developed from the beginning and refined as plans progress. Includes two venue walkthroughs to coordinate event logistics.
Up to one hour of rehearsal coordination, followed by 12 hours of on-site wedding-day coordination with the full Simply Yours team.
